What we do with the details you send us.
The short version: your enquiry reaches our team so that we can call you back. We do not sell it, we do not advertise with it, and this site runs no tracking of any kind.

Who this covers
This notice covers this website and the consultation enquiry form on it. The business answerable for your details is Bhoomi Saksham Agro Consultancy Services, an enterprise by NS Agrotech, at Plot No. 369, Sector 21, Near Dinesh Market, Yamuna Nagar, Nigdi, Pune 411044, Maharashtra.
In the language of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you are the Data Principal and we are the Data Fiduciary: you own your details, and we are accountable for what we do with them.

What the enquiry form asks for
Only what we need in order to reply usefully:
- Your name, so we know who we are speaking to.
- Your phone number, because this is how we answer — nearly every enquiry begins with a call or a WhatsApp message.
- Your village, taluka or district, because advice that ignores where the land is would be worthless.
- Which service your enquiry concerns.
- If you wish: the size of your holding, the crop or problem you want to discuss, and anything you want to say in your own words.

What the site collects by itself
A cookie named locale, which remembers whether you chose English, Marathi or Hindi. It holds that choice and nothing else, lasts a year, and is not used to follow you.
Our hosting provider keeps the ordinary request records every web server keeps, including IP addresses, to serve pages and keep the site secure.
There is no analytics on this site: no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no tag manager, no session recording. Even the typefaces are served from this site itself, so reading a page here does not announce you to anybody else.

Why we hold it, and for how long
For one purpose: to answer your enquiry and advise you on it.
Your enquiry reaches us as an email, and as a WhatsApp message if you choose to send one. We keep it while we are in conversation with you, and afterwards only for as long as we may reasonably need it to carry on advising you. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Who else handles it
Two services, both only as a pipe:
- Resend delivers the enquiry email to our inbox. It passes through their systems, which are outside India.
- Vercel hosts this website and serves its pages.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to send your enquiry that way — that message travels under WhatsApp's terms, not ours.

What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your details. Nobody pays us for access to them. We do not add you to a marketing list, build a profile of you, or use what you tell us for anything other than answering you.

Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may:
- Ask what details of yours we hold and what we have done with them.
- Ask us to correct anything wrong, or complete anything missing.
- Ask us to erase what we hold, once we no longer need it to advise you.
- Withdraw your consent: tell us to stop, and we stop.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to act.

Children
This site is meant for farmers and agricultural businesses. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18. If a child has sent us an enquiry, tell us and we will remove it.

If this notice changes
The date at the top of this page will change with it, and anything material will be written here rather than slipped in quietly.
