What a consultancy is for.
A farmer already knows their land better than any visitor will. What an outside consultancy adds is the part that is hard to see from inside a single season: what the soil test actually implies, what the market did the last three years, which pest programme is quietly building resistance, and what a different layout would have made possible.

The sequence matters more than any single step. Skipping one is how a farm ends up with the right crop on the wrong soil, or the right plan and no way to water it.

We start with what you have and what you want from it — holding size, history, labour, existing infrastructure and the return you need.

Soil testing and interpretation, water quality analysis, land suitability. Every recommendation after this point refers back to these numbers.

Rainfall pattern, temperature windows, and the price behaviour of candidate crops in the markets you can actually reach.

Crop zoning, irrigation layout, road access and drainage — drawn together so one does not compromise another.
